I lead User Experience design for physical and digital products at Ultimate Ears, a Logitech business group imagining the future of custom hearables. I work with engineers, project managers, marketing teams, and industrial designers to bring innovative products to market that are human-centered, delightful to use, and emotionally relevant to our everyday lives.
Unfortunately, the specifics of my work are currently under strict NDA. In general, some of the things I've been lucky to work on include:
Exploring the emotional relevance of deep personalization;
Defining interactions that cross digital and physical boundaries;
Exploring multi-sensory experiences;
And synthesizing research to form bold strategy.
