I led a team to ship this hero feature for the global launch of Meta Oakley AI Glasses (partnership with Garmin, Strava) — achieving 33% adoption within 5 months, and featured at Meta Connect '25.

I owned e2e design for the global launch — secured team funding for our long-term roadmap, presented to the Board of Directors, and drove 17% model quality improvement through prompt tuning, resulting in 10% retention 90 days after launch (10x our initial goal).
