About:
I was the lead designer for breakthrough media feature that used biometric signals and AI to automatically capture and curate highlight reels for athletic activities. I joined the team pre-launch, and led a team of 5 designers to bring it to market as the flagship feature of the Meta Oakley glasses, working closely with cross-functional partners (PM, PMM, ENG) to define launch strategy and long-term vision.

I led the launch and long-term roadmap for AI image generation and editing on the world’s first display glasses. Pre-launch, I worked on model and prompt improvements that led to a 17% quality improvement — resulting in 10% product retention 90 days after launch (outperforming target by 10x).
About:
As the new lead designer, I unblocked the launch for Meta Connect ‘25 by accelerating model quality improvements and working closely with product marketing to design press and in-store demos. I led the development of a long-term roadmap, transforming a boostrapped launch to a product with product market fit and official funding.

Established a unified framework for 3+ billion users that replaced 63+ ad hoc upsell implementations across 12 surfaces. Adopted by 7+ teams across Facebook, with every implementation driving positive results, including +27% notification permission grants to +760 paid subscribers per day.
About:
Facebook had no shared framework for how or when to interrupt users with upsells, leading to clutter and fragmented experiences across the app. I led a v-team of designers across 4 product teams to develop the Facebook design system’s new nudge pattern — a three-tier framework with targeting principles, cooldown logic, and a governance model now used across every surface.
